At our restaurant, “Obanzai Mohei,” we offer a diverse selection of Japanese cuisine, including fresh horse sashimi—a Kumamoto specialty. In particular, our carefully selected horse sashimi comes in many varieties, such as lean fillet and fatty tuna, and each dish is prepared to highlight the unique characteristics of its specific cut. We also offer sashimi platters, allowing you to enjoy fresh fish shipped directly from Amakusa at its peak freshness.

In addition, our restaurant offers a wide variety of obanzai dishes that highlight the seasonal flavors of each season, allowing you to enjoy tastes unique to this time of year. For example, our spring bamboo shoot kamameshi, with its fragrant young bamboo shoots, and our spring oden—prepared with a light, seasonal flavor using a salt-based broth made from beef bones—are both extremely popular.
