Obanzai Mohei's specialty, horse sashimi, is made from fresh horse meat and served as sashimi. Each bite of horse sashimi has a delicious meaty flavor that can only be found in Kumamoto. We recommend pairing the horse sashimi with a refreshing, flavorful local sake, depending on your preference.
The "salted broth oden" is a dish that is prepared in a three-day preparation process to slowly bring out the best flavor. The comforting taste of daikon radish and half-boiled egg soaked in beef bone broth will soothe your soul.
